Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your cookware in its original protective packaging and include all inserts to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
