Is Okura Cookware compatible with induction stovetops?
Yes, all our collections are induction-compatible. They also perform exceptionally well on gas, electric, and glass stovetops, and are oven-safe up to 500°F.
How should I care for and clean my pans?
To preserve the longevity of your cookware, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent. Avoid using metal utensils on non-stick surfaces to prevent scratching.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
What is your return and warranty policy?
We offer a 30-day 'Love it or Return it' trial. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items for a full refund. Additionally, all Okura products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
